Nicholas D. Zambrotta
I am a first-year PhD student in the Management of Organizations (Micro) program at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
I primarily study how people (un)successfully calibrate to their social environment. I am especially interested in when and why we express or conceal our "true" selves, feel like we belong, and form social connections. I aim to answer these questions using experiments and archival data.
I received my M.A. in Quantitative Methods in the Social Sciences at Columbia University and B.A. in Psychology at Rutgers University. Before Berkeley, I was a pre-doc at Columbia Business School.
